North Manager & Veterinarian 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Northern Manager & Veterinarian to join us. This role oversees varied responsibilities. You need a Veterinary Medicine Degree/Certification (DVM, V.M.D., BVS, BVSc, BVMS, BVM) that can register to practice in Fiji as per the Veterinary Surgeons Act - schedule 2. It involves hands-on experience in clinic management, paperwork, and remote sterilization clinics with injectable anaesthesia.

We want an adventurous, upbeat Veterinarian to manage, practice, and perform surgeries despite limitations. Our 2-4 staff Veterinarians provide top-notch services, prioritize animal well-being, and handle cultural and language differences with empathy.

Apart from treating owned animals (small to large), you'll multitask in a small, diagnostic-limited team. Contribute to disease prevention, project planning, and clinic admin. A proactive team player wanted.

Receptionist - Savusavu

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Veterinary Clinic Receptionist to join our team in Savusavu! In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their animal companions.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately using our Veterinary Management System.
  • Greet clients and their pets/farm animals warmly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with clients and veterinarians to ensure timely appointments and clear communication.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a friendly and informative manner.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Be a reliable team player willing to help when and where needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in time management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for animals and a desire to work in a veterinary setting (experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Exceptional customer service focus and the ability to build rapport with clients of all backgrounds.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to work five days a week.
  • References required.
