North Manager & Veterinarian 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Northern Manager & Veterinarian to join us. This role oversees varied responsibilities. You need a Veterinary Medicine Degree/Certification (DVM, V.M.D., BVS, BVSc, BVMS, BVM) that can register to practice in Fiji as per the Veterinary Surgeons Act - schedule 2. It involves hands-on experience in clinic management, paperwork, and remote sterilization clinics with injectable anaesthesia.

We want an adventurous, upbeat Veterinarian to manage, practice, and perform surgeries despite limitations. Our 2-4 staff Veterinarians provide top-notch services, prioritize animal well-being, and handle cultural and language differences with empathy.

Apart from treating owned animals (small to large), you'll multitask in a small, diagnostic-limited team. Contribute to disease prevention, project planning, and clinic admin. A proactive team player wanted.

Marketing Associate

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks under the direction of our overseas Marketing Specialist. This role requires an understanding of marketing principles, attention to detail, and proficiency in time management.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates clear, compelling copy and content (imagery and video) to promote, educate and engage our target audience. 

  • Utilise varied communication styles for development of marketing material for website, blog, and social media platforms (including Twitter, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, and YouTube). 

  • Stay up-to-date with digital media trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our digital presence remains innovative and impactful.

  • Monitor and respond to client feedback, comments, and inquiries on digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.

  • Support the wider marketing team with campaign management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in social media content development including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing. 

  • Existing knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, branding, and social media channels.

  • Strong skills of time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities. 

  • University certificates and degrees preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Drive, Gmail etc.)

  • Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva would be highly desirable

Finance Intern (Paid)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. As a Finance Intern, you will be responsible for various tasks under the direction of our Finance Administrator.

This role requires an understanding of basic accounting principles, familiarity with financial software such as Xero, proficiency in data entry and reconciliation processes, and a willingness to learn and assist in various finance-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering sales invoices into Xero, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial records.

  • Inputting bills into Xero, maintaining organized and up-to-date accounts payable data.

  • Assisting in bank reconciliation processes and handling weekly banking activities.

  • Supporting monthly lodgements including VAT, PAYE, and FNPF, contributing to regulatory compliance.

  • Undertaking various finance-related tasks as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and eagerness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with financial software, particularly Xero, is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining precise financial records.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and willingness to take on diverse finance tasks.

  • Preferred Qualification: Candidates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, whether in progress or recently completed, are encouraged to apply.
