Village Visit
Sponsor a visit by a team including a qualified veterinarian & vet assistant to a local village to de-sex roaming, stray and owned dogs as well as educate on animal welfare topics.
Village visits can have huge impact on the surrounding community. Stray and roaming dogs can carry disease and, as they keep breeding, the overpopulation can lead to aggressiveness and annoyance for villagers. By having a team go in and provide a de-sex program (Trap, Neuter, Release) it has been proven over and over again to be the best form of population control. Click here for more information on the benefits of de-sexing.
The other aspect of village visits is the education they can provide to the community and particularly school aged children so we can change the perception of animal welfare starting with the new generation. For more information on our education programs click here.
Your sponsorship will go towards making a difference somewhere where it really counts!
